1. Candidates should have passed Any Degree Art & Science.
2. Candidates should have passed 10th Class Punjabi Subject and Computer Knowledge.

1. Candidates should be age Limit Minimum 18 years and Maximum 45 years.
2. Age Relaxation: – Age relaxation as per PHC Rules and Regulation.
