UPSEE 2019 entrance exam date has been released. It is a state level examination. UPSEE/AKTU 2019 exam will be conducted by the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh. It is organized for admission to the UG & PG courses in the field of engineering & technology, pharmacy, management, etc. UPSEE (UP State Entrance Examination) was previously known as UPTU entrance exam. UPSEE Exam 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Crucial: Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria fixed by UPSEE 2019 in order to write the examination.
  • Age Limit: There is no particular age limit specified for the exam. so candidate of any age can appear for the examination.
  • Nationality: Candidate should be a citizen of India, to be eligible to appear for the UPSEE 2019 examination. He must carry Aadhar Card or should have Aadhar Number at the time of the process.
  • Foreign Candidates: Other than Indian citizen, other candidates who are Foreign Nationals (FN), Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Kashmiri Migrants can apply for the UPSEE 2019 examination.
  • Quota Seats: Uttar Pradesh State Government has permitted 10% of the total sanctioned seats for admission in the first year in Technology/Architecture courses in Private Institutions affiliated to AKTU shall be opened to the candidates whose parent belongs to the State other than Uttar Pradesh and has passed qualifying examination from an Institution located outside Uttar Pradesh. These seats shall be filled on the basis of (UPTU/AKTU) UPSEE 2018 Merit.

  • UPSEE 2019 Application Form
  • Venue — The UPSEE 2019 application form can be submitted online only through the UPSEE 2019 official website.
  • Span — The online UPSEE 2019 application form will be accessible from 3rd week of January until last week of March 2019 (Tentative Dates).
  • Assistance — Although the application form is self-explanatory if in case any query or any help required candidate can contact Toll-Free Number 1800–180–0161.
  • Registration Fee (Tentative) — The Examination fee for UPSEE 2019 will be INR 1300 for the Males and Transgender of Open (General) and OBC category while the fee for Females/Physically Handicapped/SC/ST candidates will be INR 650.
  • Documents — The candidates claiming and getting the advantages of Reserved Categories or Rural Weightage or Physically Handicapped should specify in the application form and the original documents should be obtained at the time of document verification along with the self-attested copy of each document.
  • Aadhar Number — The candidate should have their Aadhar Card with them at the time of Document Verification. In case of students who do not have Aadhar Card, can fill the UPSEE 2019 with the help of alternative government identification numbers such as Ration Card, Passport, Bank Account Number or any other Valid Details related to government ID like Voter ID, Driving License.
  • UPSEE 2019 Application Form Fee
  • Payment Mode — Candidates can choose the mode of money transfer from Debit card/Credit card or Net Banking as per their convenience to pay the application fee of UPSEE 2019.
  • Credit Card — An individual needs to enter their credentials such as card number and pin number and then they have to submit the OTP to confirm the payment for the UPSEE 2019 application fee.
  • Debit Card — An individual needs to enter credentials such as Debit card number, pin number, a validity of the card and CVV present at the back side of the card. And after that, they need to submit OTP generated in order to finalize the payment,
  • Net Banking — An individual needs to enter the bank account number and one-time password (OTP) while filling the application form fee for the UPSEE 2019.
  • Failed Transaction — Sometimes due to the network issue or over congestion on the server of UPSEE 2019 website transaction may fail and you will not be able to download the confirmation page and your account also got debited. In such a case, an individual has to pay again for the UPSEE 2019 Application Fee and download the Confirmation page.
  • Refund — The amount of UPSEE 2019 Application Fee against the failed transaction which was not updated on the NIC server of UPSEE 2019 will be automatically be debited after reconciliation within a week or two in the same account through which the payment was done. In case, the amount is not debited or refunded to the account then you have to send an email to UPSEE Helpdesk with following details.
  • Subject — Failed Transaction
  • Mention the following in the body of the mail — Application Number, Transaction Number, and Date of Birth.

  • The UPSEE 2019 Application Form Submission can be filled easily through the following steps.
  • Step 1 — Fill the Registration Form (i.e. Personal Details and Adhaar Details)
  • Step 2 — Fill the Online Application Form through the official website starting from the third week of January till last week of February.
  • Step 3 — Candidates have to upload the Scanned images of latest colored photographs, Left-hand Thumb impression, and Signature.

  • Visit the official website of UPSEE 2019 and click on the “Download Admit Card” link.
  • Enter the UPSEE 2019 application number and password and click on the “Submit” button.

  • Release Date — The Admit Card will be available on the UPSEE 2019 website from the second week of April and will be available until the date of examination.
  • Cross Check Details — The Admit Card have the same value as the hall ticket, so the students are advised to check all the details mentioned on the admit card. The details like Name, Fathers Name, Category, Sub-Category, Examination center, etc.
  • Admit Card — The admit card acts as the hall ticket and the students are advised to take the print out of the admit card and keep it with them at the time of examination. A hard copy is mandatory at the time of examination of admit card and students are advised to keep an extra copy of admit card to be on safe side.
  • Authorization — Admit card will only be generated after the complete process of the application form filling and any issues regarding the form will result in no admit card issued.
