1. Candidates should have passed Intermediate examination from Uttarakhand Secondary Education Council and two-year basic Health Worker (women) training course.

1. Candidates age should be Minimum 18 years and Maximum 42 years.
2. Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC Candidates Relaxation as per on Government Rule Regulation.
