PGIMER 2018 Application Fee
- Students can pay the fee through SBI Bank Challan.
- The application fee for General category is 1000/-.
- For SC/ST/PWD category, the application fee is 800/-.
- PWD candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
PGIMER Admit Card 2018
The PGIMER 2018 Admit card can be downloaded from the website from 12th November 2017 for MD/MS courses. It is mandatory to bring the valid admit card in the examination hall with one photo ID proof. Admit card can be accessed through online mode. It will include the student’s name, roll number, exam center, exam date, exam venue. Keep the admit card safe till counselling process gets over.
PGIMER 2018 Exam Pattern
For MD/MS
PGIMER 2018 for MD/MS will be of 3 hours and shall consist of 250 objective-type questions (MCQs). Questions will be drawn from following subjects:

For DM/M.Ch. Courses
PGIMER 2018 for DM/M.Ch. will be of 1.5 hours and shall consist of 100 objective-type questions (MCQs). Negative marking shall apply for incorrect answers.
For MDS Course
PGIMER 2018 for MDS will be of 1.5 hours and shall consist of 100 objective-type questions (MCQs). Negative marking shall apply for incorrect answers.
PGIMER Result 2018
Students can check their result of PGIMER 2018 entrance exam from the website via online mode. The PGIMER 2018 Result has been released on 27th November 2017 for MD/MS courses. For DM/MCH & MHA courses it has been released on 18th December. The result has been declared by the PGIMER, Chandigarh. The result for all courses is releasing on different dates.
PGIMER Counselling 2018
The PGIMER 2018 Counselling is held in offline mode at Bhargava Auditorium, PGI, Chandigarh. Counselling has been conducted on 15th December 2017 for MD/MS courses. Students have to present in person for the counselling. Candidates have to carry all the required documents for the verification process. Counselling will take place in four rounds. Shortlisted candidates have to pay Rs. 2485/- as the first installment fee on the spot. Distribution of seats will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance exam. Counselling for DM/MCH & MHA courses will be held on 20th December.
