How to Apply to ICEAS?

You have three options for admissions to any programs at ICEAS. We don’t have a preference for any one application form, so simply choose the one that works best for you!

1. Fees for admissions through CET

The fee is payable as per CET rules. CET code of ICEAS–139

2. Fees for admissions through COMED-K

The fee  is payable as per COMED-K norms

3. Management Quota – Direct Admissions

 

Direct Admissions

You can walk into our campus and meet our Admissions Officer for advise on the program, your eligibility for any of the courses. 

After checking your eligibility, you can fill the admissions form and proceed to make payment for admissions. 

Through Common Entrance Test

• Student appears for the Common  Entrance exam (KCET or COMEDK) and is ranked according to the performance in the test.
• KCET/COMEDK  conducts an online/single window counseling and verification of their documents.
• The student is allowed to enter their preferred course and college in the online allotment portal of CET or at a counseling centre. The student may select CET code 138, to join ICEAS.
• The allotment is done as per merit fo the candidate and his/her preference. The student has to pay the required partial fee at the CET centre/COMEDK centre.
• Once the allotment is done, the student has to visit the ICEAS campus and complete the admission formalities. The student also has to pay the remainder of the fee, if any, at the college.

ICEAS offers undergraduate and graduate programs in engineering leading to Bachelors and masters Degrees  in the following departments   The programs  offered by ICEAS are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, Govt. of Karnataka.

Note: In addition to above fees, a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000 has to be paid at the time of admission to the hostel.  The management reserves right to make changes to the fee subject to VTU / Government/ management policies.

Refund Policy:

1. The program fee has two components – Registration fee and Tuition fee. The Registration fee once paid, will not be refunded by the college under any circumstances. The minimum amount for registration for post graduation and engineering is Rs. 50,000. The objective of this clause is to discourage frivolous applications.
2. If the student wishes to discontinue in the middle of any semester than he/she will be liable to pay the remaining course fees after taking admission.The refund of tuition fee paid will be considered under the following conditions:
   1. If a candidate withdraws from the program prior to the commencement of the program, then 75 percent of the tuition fee will be refunded.
   2. If a candidate withdraws from the program within one week after the commencement of the program, then 60 percent of the tuition fee will be refunded.
   3. If a candidate withdraws from the program at any time after one week from the date of commencement of the program, then no refund of tuition fee will be made.

Students will also be liable for any travel and accommodation costs incurred for placement. For certain programs, students may incur additional specific charges for such items or activities as sports and games fees, specialized material or field trips. ICEAS reserves the right to make additional charges to students for such activities.

The Training and Placement Cell of Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Bengaluru  handles campus placement of the B Tech, M Tech and MBA graduating students of ICEAS. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

Objectives: To organize campus interviews for final year students and summer internship(training) for third year students with industries and reputed business from all over India.

To prepare students to face campus interviews by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
To promote career counselling by organising guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel.

Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate Meets etc.

Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills.

Collaborate with industry for live projects ,Research work ,Workshop or any academic alliance, Industrial visit with many industrial organizations.
