Eligibility Criteria for IIAP Bangalore Recruitment 2019:

Administrative Assistant:  Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or equivalent from a recognized University at least 50% marks in the aggregate; knowledge of computer
applications such as word, excel, power point, internet, tally etc.

Experience: 5 years experience in handling Establishment / Administration / Accounts / Stores & Purchase matters in a State / Central Govt. Department / Institution / Research Institute / Autonomous Body / Public Sector Undertaking / University

Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Science / Commerce or equivalent from a recognized University at least 50% marks in the aggregate; knowledge of computer applications such as word, excel, power point, internet, tally etc.

Experience: 3 years experience in handling Establishment / Administration / Accounts / Stores & Purchase matters in a State / Central Government / Autonomous Institutions / Public Sector undertakings.

Technical Assistant (Computer): Diploma in Computer Engineering (3 years full time course) with at least 60% marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience after diploma in a leading National Laboratory /
Research Institute, of which 2 years in High Altitude above 11000 ft.

 

Age limit (As on 31.01.2019):

• Administrative Assistant/Technical Asst: Below 32 years
• Upper Division Clerk: Below 32 years
• Relaxation as per government policy

Salary Details:

• Administrative Assistant/Technical Asst: Rs.29,200 – 92,300/-
• Upper Division Clerk: Rs.25,500 – 81,100/-

 

IIAP Bangalore Recruitment 2019 Selection process:

Selection of all posts will be on the basis of initial screening, and then qualifying in the following written examination.

Scheme of Written Test:

• Administrative Assistant – General English, General Knowledge and Arithmetic, Administrative knowledge such as Fundamental Rules & Supplementary Rules, General Financial Rules, Accounts & Finance, Accountancy, etc.
• Upper Division Clerk – General English, General Knowledge and Arithmetic, Accounts.
• Technical Assistant (Computer) – General English and Maths and subjects related to Diploma level Computer Engineering

Examination Centre: Bengaluru (Administrative Assistant/Upper Division Clerk) & Leh (Jammu & Kashmir) for Technical Assistant.

 

How to Apply for IIAP Bangalore Recruitment 2019:

Step 1: Candidates are requested to first Register themselves by entering their name and e-mail address in the appropriate fields after clicking the “Register/Create New Account” button. An e-mail will be sent to the candidate’s e-mail address which contains all the details of creating a password or one time password for log-in. Later you can reset your password by editing your ‘Account’.

Step 2: After successful registration, candidates can fill up the application form by logging in using the user name and password. While filling the online application form, the applicant have to upload their photo (Max. size 250 KB) and their CV (Max size 3.00 MB). Next fill the online application form.
