Admission Procedure and Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
B Tech: Applicants who have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in science stream with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry / Computer Science are eligible for B Tech programmes in various branches. There will be a 5% relaxation of minimum percentage for SC/ST candidates. Similarly, those who have completed Diploma in Engineering in relevant branch with minimum 50% marks / B Sc (Bachelor of Science) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are eligible to apply for B tech (Lateral Entry) courses.
BCA: Students who have completed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks with Mathematics as one of the main subjects are eligible for the BCA course offered here.
Diploma:
Candidates are required to pass 10th Std. with science, subjects to be eligible for a Diploma in Engineering in several branches.
Post Graduate:
Applicants who have pursued B Tech in relevant branch with minimum 55% marks are eligible for M Tech in Computer Science & Engineering. Similarly, graduates in any discipline with Mathematics as the main subject at least up to 10+2 level or who have completed BCA with minimum 45% marks are eligible to apply for MCA course.
Doctorate:
Students who have obtained Master’s Degree and satisfy other essential credentials according to the rules of the University Grants Commission (UGC) can apply for the Ph.D. courses.
Dual:
Students who have passed 10th Std. with science subjects with minimum 45% marks are eligible to apply for integrated course Diploma and B Tech programme. Similarly, those who have completed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry / Computer Science are eligible for dual degree programmes – B Tech with M tech and B Tech with MBA.
