GITAM GAT PGP is a national level entrance test conducted by GITAM University which is located in Visakhapatnam. The test is organized for admission to M.Pharm program. This year, GITAM GAT PGP 2019 is scheduled from April 10 to 22, 2019 in online mode.

Latest: Interested candidates can submit their applications via online or offline mode.

• Candidates having B.Pharm degree with minimum aggregate 50% marks are only eligible to apply for the exam.
• The exam will be conducted at the 50 examination centers across India.
• The exam consists of three sections and all questions are of objective type (MCQ).
• The duration of the test is 2 hours.

Note: GPAT qualified candidates are exempted from appearing for GAT (PGP) 2019.

GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Eligibility

Candidates must fulfill the stated eligibility criteria to appear for GITAM GAT PGP 2019:

• Academic Qualifitcation: B.Pharm with minimum aggregate 50% marks.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit
• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India

Note: Applicant who has qualified GPAT need not take GITAM GAT PGP 2019 for admission in M.Pharm course offered by GITAM. He/she is eligible to apply for direct counselling.

GITAM GAT PGP Application Form can be filled both online and offline mode.

Online Method:

2. Get Registration
3. Login with Registered ID and Password
4. Go to Apply online
5. Fill in all the details mentioned below
   • Full Name (in Block Letter)
   • Date of Birth
   • Address (Permanent & Correspondence)
   • Name of Parents
   • Academic Details
   • Select City for Examination Center
   • Upload Files for Self Photograph & Academic Records

• Have a preview of Filled in Application Form
• Make Payment through Debit card / Credit card (Master / VISA)

Offline Method:

Application for GITAM CAT PGP can be obtained through the GITAM University by post or can be received from the Branches of Some Banks (details given below herewith):

• Obtaining Application Form via Post from GITAM University:

1. Send an application making request on plain paper in the name of Director-Admissions
2. Mention Full Name and Corresponding Address
3. Get generated a DD of Rs.150/- drawn in favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
4. Request for applications by post will be accepted up to March 30, 2019.
5. Obtaining Application Form from Banks: Application Form for GITAM GAT PGP will also be available throughout India in selected branches of

GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Admit Card

• GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Admit Card can be downloaded from April 5, 2019.
• The admit card can be downloaded from the official website of GITAM University (www.gitam.edu) by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit official website of GITAM University
2. Login with Registered ID and Password
3. Go to Download E Hall Ticket
4. Save it and Print it

Information on Admit Card: The admit card will contain the following details on it-

1. Full Name
2. Date of Birth
3. Photograph of Self and Signature
4. Name of the Exam i.e. GAT PGP 2019
5. Center of the Examination
6. Roll Number

Documents to Carry with Admit /E hall Ticket: Candidate has to produce any one of the following for personal identification:
Passport / Driving License / EC voter ID card / IT PAN card / School or College photo bearing ID card / Aadhar Card.

GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Exam Centers

• GITAM GAT PGP 2019 will be conducted in 50 cities across India.
• Aspirants will be allowed to choose 3 cities for the Online test.
• Candidates must report to the allotted exam centers an hour before the exam.
• Candidate must produce any one of the following for personal identification:
  1. Passport
  2. Driving License
  3. Voter ID card
  4. IT PAN card
  5. School or College photo bearing ID card
  6. Aadhar Card.
• Exam center once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances.

• GITAM GAT PGP Result will be announced on April 26, 2019.
• Results will be declared as score cards on the official website www.gitam.edu. Score cards can be downloaded by following the mentioned steps:

GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Counselling

• GITAM GAT PGP 2019 Counselling will start in the second week of May.
• Candidates have to pay INR 1000/- in cash for the non-refundable counselling fees.
• Candidates eligible for counselling will be issued call letters with the time and date allotted for the counselling. It can be downloaded by following the steps given:
  1. Visit official website of GITAM
  2. Go to Link Results
  3. Click on “Counselling Call Letter”
  4. A webpage will open as is being depicted in above given image
  5. Fill in Application Number & Captcha
  6. Click on Download Call Letter.

Document to be carried for Counselling

Candidates are required to bring the following certificates in original and one set of photo copies along with one passport size photograph.

• 10th class or Equivalent pass certificate
• 10+2 / Intermediate marks statement and Pass Certificate
• Transfer and Conduct Certificates
• Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (in case of PH Candidates)
