Common Entrance Examination of AMPAI is conducted for admissions in PG courses in colleges associated with AMPAI West Bengal. The exam is conducted by Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes. CEE AMPAI 2019 is scheduled for May 13, 2019. A total of 1164 seats are being offered across various courses in 4 allied institutes.

Registration for CEE AMPAI began on February 17, 2019. The application form can be filled both online and offline. Candidates above 17 years age can apply for the exam by May 10, 2019. The application fee to apply for the exam is INR 200 for candidates of all categories.

CEE AMPAI consists of 100 to 200 questions depending upon the course. The duration of exam is 180 minutes. CEE AMPAI 2019 Result is expected to be announced in the month of June.

CEE AMPAI 2019 Eligibility

Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to appear for CEE AMPAI test. Given are the eligibility criteria for CEE AMPAI Exam.

Nationality:

• Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit:

• Candidates must at least be of 17 years of age.

Academic Qualifications:

Eligibility for MCA

• Candidate must have 3 years graduation degree, expect BBA with Mathematics at 10+2.
• Candidate must have secured 50% marks.
• Candidates in final year of qualifyig examination can also apply.

Eligibility for MBA

• Candidate must have graduation Degree.
• Final year students can also apply.

Eligibility for M.Tech

• Candidate must have B.Tech degree in equivalent field

CEE AMPAI 2019 Application Form

Candidates can apply online as well as offline from the official website of Common Entrance Test AMPAI. Following are the steps to guide with the form-

Online Application Form

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official website i.e. ampai.in
2. Click on “Apply Online”
3. Create user id account by providing name and email at “New Online Registration”
4. The candidate will receive an auto-generated unique password in the e-mail id provided
5. Logging In with Unique Password

Step 2: Filling up the online application form

1. Login using Email ID and Password
2. Fill in the information asked which will be as follows:
   • Candidates Name
   • Parents details
   • Address and Phone Number
   • Academic Qualification
   • Course Details

Step 3- Uploading the Documents

• The application fee can be paid online using Netbanking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
• Application fee can also be paid through a demand draft in favor of Association of Minority Professional Academic Institute or AMPAI payable at Kolkata.
• Application fee to be paid by candidates is INR 200/-.

Admit card for CEE AMPAI 2019 will be available from the last week of July. Aspirants can download the admit card through the official website of CEE AMPAI.

CEE AMPAI 2019 Exam Pattern

AMAPI will follow the under mentioned exam pattern for the Common Entrance Test 2019-

• Question paper will consist 150 to 200 questions depending upon the course that a candidate chooses.
• 1 mark is awarded for every correct answer. There is no negative marking  for incorrect answers.
• 3 hours are given to complete the test.

CEE AMPAI 2019 RESULTS

OMR sheets will be scanned and scored and the results will be prepared on the basis of separate merit list by AMPAI. Results will be uploaded online in the 2nd week of August. Following is the procedure to check it-

1. Log onto the official website of CEE AMPAI ampai.in
2. Click on RESULTS
3. Choose your course for which you gave the exam.
4. Login to your accounts by entering your name and unique password.
5. Download and save your score card for future reference.

There are a few factors which influence the merit list prepared by the authority holders. Here are few factors affecting the merit List-

• Number of students that will appear for the entrance test.
• Marks scored by the candidates.
• Difficulty level of examination
• Merit list trends in previous years
• Intake of candidates in every course in the university.
• Reservation of seats according to the university reservation policy.

CEE AMPAI 2019 COUNSELLING

• The Counselling process will be “Physical” in Kolkata. Venue and date would be announced later.
• Counseling process will begin from the 2nd week of August 2019.
• Candidates must submit the counselling fee of INR 200/-
• During Counselling, one seat will be allotted to each participating candidate as per his/her choice based on intense merit and availability of seat at that point of time.
• A seat allotment letter will be issued to each participating candidate.
• Candidates will have the choice to provisionally book the aforesaid allotted seat at the counselling venue against a payment of a Demand Draft of Rs.20,000/- in favour of “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes” or “AMPAI”, payable at Kolkata.

Candidate needs to fill a separate form for the counseling process. You can follow the steps for the same-

2. Click on Counseling Application Form from the NOTICE board available on the right hand side of the page.
3. Download the counseling form to your device. You need to provide information like-
