AP LAWCET 2019 is scheduled for May 6 in a single session (2:30 pm – 4 pm). Indian National satisfying local/ non-local status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions can apply online in March 2019.
- SK University will hold the exam across 16 regional centers in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- The exam (3-year LLB/ 5-year LLB) will consist of 120 MCQs to be completed within 90 minutes.

AP LAWCET Eligibility 2019
The eligibility norms for the examination are set by APSCHE. Before applying, check the standards mentioned below:
On the Basis of Nationality
- Candidates belonging to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidates whose parents have studied in Andhra Pradesh or any one parent is a domicile of AP.
Educational Qualification for LLB (3 years)
- a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from any discipline
- a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam (40% for SC/ST candidates)
- final year candidates are also eligible to apply for AP LAWCET
Educational Qualification for LLB (5 years)
- Intermediate graduates or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
- a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam (40% for SC/ST candidates)
- Final year candidates are also eligible to apply for the law examination
AP LAWCET Age Limit
- There is no prescribed upper age limit for AP LAWCET 2019.
- The minimum age to apply for the exam is 21 years.

AP LAWCET Exam Pattern
AP LAWCET 2019 Exam Date: May 6, 2019 (Released)
Common Entrance Test will be a Computer Based Test, having objective type questions. A candidate’s aptitude in the Law subject is tested through this examination.
- As per AP LAWCET Exam Pattern, there are 120 questions to be completed within 90 minutes.
- Maximum marks that can be scored is 120.
- Each question carries 1 mark and there is no provision of negative marking.

APSCHE does not release any official syllabus for the law examination. As per previous year question papers, we have curated the syllabus for the Common Entrance Test.
- Standard of questions in 5 year LLB will be of the Intermediate level (10+2 Class).
- Standard of questions in 3 year LLB will be of Graduate/ Degree level.

In case where two or more candidates score the same marks then tie-breaking criteria are followed. It is as follows:
- Higher marks in Part C of APLAWCET 2019 will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, candidate who has more marks in Part B will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, candidate who is older (with respect to age) will be given preference.
AP LAWCET Rank Card
The rank card will be available for download on the official website of the law entrance exam after one week of results being published by the authorities. Steps to view APLAWCET 2019 Rank Card are listed below:

AP LAWCET Counselling 2019

Candidates having their names in the merit list are eligible to participate in the admission procedure. Merit list will be published at the official website of APLAWCET 2019. There are two stages involved in the counselling procedure viz.
Stage 1 – Document Verification
In this stage, report at the designated Help Line Centers to get all the documents verified. After successful verification, candidates can then proceed to Stage 2 of APLAWCET Counselling.
