AIATSL Recruitment 2019:

AIATSL – Air India Air Transport Services Limited is conducting recruitment processes to fill 29 vacancies for 29 Security Agent Vacancy. Interested and eligible candidates can apply to the above posts from 19 January 2019. All applications must be submitted on or before 08 February 2019.

Eligibility Criteria for AIATSL Recruitment 2019:

Education Qualification:

Candidates with valid Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate:

  • Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
  • They MUST possess BCAS basic AVSEC Certificate and/or Screener Certificate( 12 days new pattern)

Candidates without Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate:

  • Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.

Physical Standards:

  • Height (Male): 170 cms.
  • Height (Female): 157 cms.
  • Relaxation of SC/ST & OBC candidates as per Govt norms.

Age Limit (As on 01.02.2019): 

  • For AVSEC Qualified Candidates: Below 28 years
  • Graduates (Non-AVSEC Qualified Candidates): 31 Years

Relaxations in upper Age Limit:

  • 5 years for SC/ST Candidates
  • 3 years for OBC candidates

Salary details:

  • For AVSEC Qualified: Rs. 20,154/Month
  • For Non-AVSEC Qualified: Rs. 17,654/Month

 

Selection Process for AIATSL Recruitment 2019:

For AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate Candidates :

  • Candidates who are Graduates and holding valid Basic AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate would be required to undergo only Professional Competency Assessment on the same or next day.
  • There will be no Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Written test for these candidates.

Graduates (Non- AVSEC and/or Screener Certificate Candidates):

  • Candidates who are Graduates will have to undergo a Physical Endurance Test (PET).
  • Candidates who qualify in the PET would be required to undergo a Written Test with regard to Aviation Security Awareness on the same/ following day.
  • Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidate in written test.
  • Those who qualify in Written Examination would then be required to undergo the Professional Competency Assessment (PCA) on the same/following day.

Application Fee: Rs.500/- (No fee for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates)

Mode of Payment: Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Ltd.”, payable at DELHI.

Step 2: Eligible candidates are advised to open Notification

Step 3: Read the Advertisement carefully to be sure about your eligibility

Step 4: Click on Advertisement and then click Apply Now.

Step 5: Fill all the required and related information as per the instructions 

Step 6: Ensure the information provided is correct

Step 7: Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit” & Make Payments

Step 8: Take a print out of online application for future use.

 

Venue details:

The Candidate should come at the Venue mentioned above on 10.02.2019 with the printouts of both Online Application Form as well as duly filled detailed Application Form (available on the Company web-site www.airindia.in) along with all Original Certificates/Testimonials mentioned in Checkist in support of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, NCC Certificate, Doctor’s Certificate for height and weight, Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC Candidates), Discharge Certificate (for Ex-Servicemen), Experience Certificate (if any) with 2 recent passport size photographs. Candidates would also be required to furnish self-attested copies of all the certificates/ testimonials as mentioned above.

Terms and Conditions:

i) The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on a Fixed Term Contract basis (FTC) for a period of three years, at Jaipur, subject to their Medical fitness, prescribed for the position. Selected candidates have to join at the station of engagement then only the appointment will come into force.
ii) Selected Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination(s)
iii) Selected Candidates will be required to furnish a Bank Guarantee for an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) for a period of 3 years. In case of their leaving the Company without notice or their engagement is terminated due to reasons attributable to them, the Bank Guarantee will be revoked in favor of the Company.
iv) SC/ST candidates who appear for the Professional Competency Assessment (PCA), residing beyond 80 kms from the venue, and not employed in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies, will be reimbursed second class to & fro rail / bus fare by the shortest route as per rules, subject to submission of a request in the prescribed format and on production of evidence/ ticket to that effect.
v) The applicants must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria, as on 1st February, 2019, and that the particulars furnished by them in the application are correct in all respects. At any stage of the Selection Process, if the particulars provided by the applicants in the application or testimonials attached/provided are found incorrect / false, or not meeting with the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if appointed, services will be terminated, without giving any notice or reasons thereof
