• Pass with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST) in 12th /PUC or ISC/CBSE or equivalent board with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with Chemistry / Electronics / Computer Science / Biology
• IB students should get 30 credits to qualify for the course

Eligibility Diploma Students For BE Admission:
Admission Eligibility – B. Tech. (Lateral) A candidate who has passed any Diploma or B.Sc. (PCM, PMCs, PME) or equivalent examination and scored a minimum of 45% (40% in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.) marks taken together in all the compulsory subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) diploma Examination (Q.E) will be eligible for admission to the B.Tech courses.
Graduate degree programs are designed to deliver technical skills and knowledge as well as develop your academic & professional abilities and analytical & management skills

Master of Technology (M.Tech) Eligibility:

Candidates who have passed the BE / B.Tech with an aggregate of 50% of all the years/semesters are eligible to apply. (45% in the qualifying examination in case of SC, ST).
GATE, JET or any valid entrance score is preferred.

Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Elgibility:

Candidates who have passed the B.E/ B.TECH / B.Sc. IT/ BCA- or any technical degree program and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks taken together in all the subjects of all the years / semesters of the Degree Examination is eligible to apply. (45% of marks in Qualifying Examination in case of SC, ST)

Stage 3: Mode of payment

• Online mode through Net banking / Credit / Debit card. Application Cost Rs.550/- (inclusive of GST) – for General Candidates.

Stage 4: Payment transaction queries

• At the time of transaction, if the amount is debited please do not try new application. Please wait for 24 hrs and try for the payment once again in the same registered email id.

Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College of Engineering Admission Procedure:

• Jain Entrance Test -2019 (Phase 1)
• Candidates scoring below 60% in 10+2 or equivalent exams may not be eligible for completion of Admission through JET.

If an applicant is found ineligible for whatever reasons even after admission into the program, his/her admission will be cancelled.
All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the students.
The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
Scholarship for SC/ ST & Defense Category will be given on first-cum-first serve basis. (Subject to clearance of documents from university)
Provisional admission is given based on the marks secured by the student in the JET 2019, subject to the student satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission.
All applicants who are offered provisional admission will be required to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) on or before the last day of completion of admission, failing to which provisional admission will be canceled.
For passed out student (Phase II)
Admissions will be based on Overall Percentage obtained in 12th / PUC or any equivalent board. Seat will be allotted on first-cum-first-serve.
Lateral Entry admissions are based on Diploma Percentage and availability of the seats
Selected candidates (2019 appearing) with Provisional Admission Offer Letter must score a minimum of 60% in Diploma to complete the admission process
Provisional admissions are valid subject to submission of original documents at Jayanagar campus and verification from the University
The Decision taken by the Admission Department / University office will be final in any condition
