The Oxford College of Engineering is a college in Bangalore, India, under the VTU Visvesvaraya Technological University recognized by the Government of Karnataka and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Founded in 1974 by Sri S Narasa Raju, the Oxford Educational Institutions is the brainchild of the Children’s Education Society. TOCE was established in the year 2000 and is affiliated to VTU.

The Oxford College of Engineering- Admission
Oxford College of Engineering is located in Bommanahalli, Bangalore. offers full-time UG & PG courses in Engineering, Computer Applications, and Management. The college offers courses such as B.Arch, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and MSc in various specializations.
- MBA & MCA programs offered by the college are recognized by the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
- Admission to B.E, M.Tech, and MCA is offered on the basis of merit whereas admission to MBA and B.Arch. courses are given on the basis of CMAT and NATA scores respectively.

- A fee of INR 450 (for B.E/M.Tech) and INR 350 (for MBA & MCA) is required to be paid at the time of application.
- A 10+2 pass with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board is required for UG programs.
- A graduation degree in relevant discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized University is desired for PG programs.
- Candidates who are residents of Karnataka are given preference at the time of final admission.
Eligibility Criteria as per College Guidelines
The students are admitted to the Oxford College of Engineering on merit, as per the directives of the Government of Karnataka from time to time, both to the Government Quota and the Management Quota.
B.E.
The candidate shall have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) in three subjects of Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following subjects namely, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Electronics and shall have completed PUC, 10 + 2, or its equivalent with English as one of the languages.
MBA
3 years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/ST candidates) of all subjects, including languages.
MCA
Eligibility for admission to MCA is a pass in any degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the years of degree examination (45% of marks in case of SC/ST candidates) including languages. Must have studied Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application/Computer Programming as one of the Optional/Electives Subjects. Provided further that in respect of candidates who have passed one of the subjects specified above in the P.U.C. course with 50% of Marks in that subject shall also be considered for admission.
M TECH: Pass in BE / B Tech. in the relevant discipline with not less than 50% marks in aggregate of all the Semesters / Years a cumulative sum of secured marks of all the Semesters / Years divided by the sum of the maximum marks. In the case of Karnataka SC/ST/Cat-I candidates, marks shall not less than 45% and secured a rank in the entrance test with a valid score
B ARCH: Pass in PUC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects and secured a minimum of 50% marks in all subjects in PUC (45% marks in case of Karnataka SC, ST, OBCs and person with a disability of mental retardation or mental illness including dyslexia). Provided a candidate should also appear and secure a minimum of 40% marks in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).
