MUCLET 2018 (Mumbai University Common Law Entrance Test 2018) is state level entrance examination which will be commenced by Mumbai University. The MUCLET 2018 Test application form for Mumbai University Common Law Entrance Test for admissions to Integrated Five Years B.B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Course is available from University Website. Candidates are required to download the form and
take a print out on legal size plain paper. Candidates are required to fill in the prescribed format all the necessary details.
The hard copies of the application form along with Demand Draft and other necessary documents to be submitted either at the office of University National Law School, Room No. 209, 2nd Floor, University of Mumbai, Fort Campus, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400032 (OR) at the office of School of Law, University of Mumbai, Thane Sub Campus, Behind Runwal Garden City, Ram Maruti Nagar, Balkum, Thane (W) 400 608 within the prescribed time.

MUCLET 2018 Application Fees
Application fees of MUCLET is INR 500 for the candidates from the general category and INR 250 for the candidates from the reserved category. The payment of the fees is done through the Demand Draft. Candidates have to send the demand draft along with the application form. Demand Draft will be drawn in the favor of Secretary, Mumbai University Payable at Thane.
MUCLET 2018 Eligibility Criteria
- It is essential to know the norms of MUCLET and also candidates are required to satisfy them. If any individual does not satisfy the norms then his/ her application form will be cancelled.
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
- Must hold Higher Secondary Certificate examination or (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university to appear in the test.
- Must have pass the qualifying examination with scoring minimum of 45% of aggregate marks (40% marks in case of candidates from SC/ ST category)
- Age of applying candidate should not exceed 20 years (there will be relaxation of 2 years in upper age limit for SC /ST category).

The candidates are advised to take print out of the admit card and take this admit card with themselves on the MUCLET center. Keep the admit card safely with them. None of the candidates are allowed to enter the examination hall without admit card. The Institute will release the updated syllabus as soon as released by the officials of MUCLET Subjects of MUCLET are – Current affairs, General knowledge, Comprehension, English, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
General Knowledge & Current Affairs: This section will test General knowledge & current affairs
English including Comprehension: The English section will test the candidate’s proficiency in English based on comprehension and grammar; the grammar section will include correction of incorrect grammatical sentences, fill in the blanks with appropriate words, Jumbled words & Sentences, Antonyms, Synonyms, Part of Speech, Idioms & phrases etc
Mathematics: This section will test candidate’s Knowledge of elementary mathematics up to 10th standard
Logical Reasoning: The purpose of the logical reasoning section is to test the student’s ability to identify patterns, logical links and rectify illogical arguments. It will include a wide variety of logical reasoning questions such as syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, etc.
Legal Aptitude & Legal Awareness: This section will test the legal aptitude of the students. Questions will be framed with the help of legal propositions (described in the paper), and a set of facts to which they said proposition has to be applied.
The result of MUCLET 2018 will be announced online on the official website of Mumbai University. Candidates who are successfully appeared in the exam can check their results from MUCLET website by providing the application number in the appropriate box. Application Form and Registration
Application process for the MUCLET will start from the month of the June. Application process is online. For making the application the candidates have to log in to the official website of the Mumbai University. Candidates than have to register for the MUCLET exam. After registration the candidate have to fill the application form MUCLET. Application form will have the information like name, educational details, academic records and correspondence address. After filling the application form candidates will then have to take the printout of the form send it to the administrative office of Mumbai University along with the demand draft of the application fees.
The applicants scored marks, which are above the cutoff, are eligible for the admission procedure in the MUCLET and after that counseling procedure starts. The list will be released for the candidates who get selected for the admission procedure through a Particular defined procedure. The counseling will be conducted via offline mode. The counseling for MUCLET is conducted by Procedure defined by Mumbai University.
